Double-effect falling film evaporator

Double-effect falling film evaporator is a kind of equipment which uses the heat energy in sewage for evaporation treatment. It evaporates through a two-stage vacuum. The main components of the double-effect falling film evaporator include: evaporator, vacuum pump, circulating pump, heater, condenser and so on。

Working principle: First, the sewage is heated by the heater, and the heated sewage enters the evaporator, and under the suction of the vacuum pump, the sewage evaporates into water vapor, and the water vapor enters the next level of the evaporator. In the second stage evaporator, the water vapor flows upward under the action of the circulating pump, and becomes pure water after cooling by the condenser, and then is discharged outside the equipment. At the same time, the water vapor repeats the above process for secondary evaporation, and eventually forms concentrated sewage and is discharged outside the equipment.
