The MVR forced circulation evaporation crystallizer mainly consists of the following parts:
evaporator : The material in the evaporator heat exchange tube and steam outside the tube heat exchange, the temperature rises.
separator : used to separate steam and solution and purify secondary steam.
forced circulation pump : Drives material to circulate in the system.
compressor : the secondary steam is compressed and returned to the evaporator shell as heating steam to achieve continuous evaporation of heat energy cycle.
discharge pump : the concentrated material output
Working principle:
MVR forced circulation evaporation crystallizer The working principle is mainly based on the forced circulation pump drive system of liquid circulation, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous evaporation. The material in the evaporator heat exchange tube and steam outside the tube heat exchange, the temperature rises. Subsequently, the material enters the evaporation chamber and flashes under negative pressure to produce secondary steam. After separation and purification, the secondary steam is increased by the compressor, and then enters the shell of the evaporator again to exchange heat with the material in the tube of the heat exchanger. When the material in the system reaches the saturated state, the crystal begins to precipitate and is finally discharged by the discharge pump for subsequent treatment .
