Forced Circulation Evaporator with MVR system
MVR forced cycle evaporators work by combining mechanical steam recompression technology (MVR) with a forced cycle process . The system uses external power to send the material in the mold (separator) into the heating chamber for heat exchange and heating, and then re-enter the mold, so the reciprocating cycle to achieve continuous crystallization. The crystal slurry is discharged from the bottom of the crystallizer, while the secondary steam from the upper part of the crystallizer passes through the gas-liquid separator and enters the compressor for compression, temperature rise and pressure ncrease, and then is re-sent into the heating chamber for heat exchange to maintain the evaporation temperature of the system .
