Single Effect Forced Circulation Evaporator

Single-effect forced circulation evaporator is an efficient evaporation equipment, which carries out continuous evaporation by forced circulation, evaporates the water in the solution, and makes the evaporating substance purified.

Working principle: 

The single-effect forced-circulation evaporator uses a high-speed rotating centrifugal pump to forced-circulation the evaporated material and to conduct heat transfer between the balanced evaporated steam and the condenser cooling water. When the heat transfer between the steam and the condensate is lost, the steam condenses and drains the condensate to remove water from the solution.

Application: 

Single-effect forced circulation evaporator has a wide range of applications, which can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry, environmental protection and other fields, especially in large-scale production.
