Double Effect Forced Circulation Evaporator

The double-effect forced circulation evaporator consists of two evaporators in series to form a double-effect evaporation system. The working principle is to pump the wastewater to be treated into the first-effect evaporator, which is heated by high temperature steam in the heating chamber, and the water in the wastewater rapidly evaporates. The steam evaporates into a secondary evaporator, where it is used again to form a secondary steam. At the same time, through forced circulation, the solution in the evaporation chamber is continuously circulated, which enhances the heat transfer effect and improves the evaporation efficiency.
