MVR Evaporator

MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporator is an efficient evaporation technology, its core principle is to compress the secondary steam through the compressor to increase the temperature and pressure, and then as a heat source to heat the material to be treated, so as to achieve the recycling of heat energy.

Working principle of MVR evaporator:

MVR evaporator is different from ordinary single-effect falling film or multi-effect falling film evaporator, MVR is a monomer evaporator, integrating multi-effect falling film evaporator in one, according to the required product concentration is different to take the segment-type evaporation, that is, the product can not reach the required concentration after the first time through the effect. After the product leaves the effector, the vacuum pump at the lower part of the effector pumps the product through the external pipe of the effector to the upper part of the effector and passes through the effector again, and then passes through the effector repeatedly to achieve the required concentration.
