MVR Falling Film Evaporator
Working principle :
1. Steam compression : The MVR falling film evaporator uses an energy-efficient steam compressor to compress the secondary steam produced by the evaporation system.
After the secondary steam is compressed by the compressor, the temperature and pressure will increase, and the enthalpy will also increase
2. Recycling : the compressed high temperature and high pressure steam is sent to the heat exchanger for condensation, release latent heat, and then enter the evaporator
again for cycle evaporation. In this way, the energy of the secondary steam is recycled, reducing the need for outside fresh steam
3. Energy saving effect : Through this recycling, MVR falling film evaporator can greatly reduce the consumption of fresh steam, so as to achieve energy saving effect. During
the entire evaporation process, no additional fresh steam is required for the rest of the time, except for a small amount of fresh steam during the start-up phase
