MVR Forced Circulation Evaporator
The MVR forced-cycle evaporator combines mechanical steam recompression technology (MVR) with a forced-cycle process. In the MVR forced circulation evaporator, the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed by a high-efficiency compressor, its temperature and pressure are increased, and then returned to the evaporator as a heat source to form a heat cycle
Working principle :
1. The feed liquid is forced to circulate under the action of the pump : the feed liquid is forced into the heating chamber through the circulation pump, and the heat exchange with the steam through the heating tube bundle, so that the water in the feed liquid quickly evaporates .
2. The compression and reuse of secondary steam : the secondary steam generated in the evaporation process is compressed by the compressor, the temperature and pressure are increased, and then returned to the evaporator as a heat source to form a cycle of heat use, which saves a lot of energy .
3. Circulation of the feed liquid between the heating chamber and the separator : the feed liquid heats up in the heating chamber but does not evaporate, and flashes after entering the separator. The secondary steam is inhaled into the compressor for pressure increase and temperature increase, and then condenses into the heating chamber to release latent heat and condense into condensed water .
Application :
MVR forced circulation evaporator has been widely used in many fields. In the chemical industry, the equipment is often used in environmental treatment processes such as wastewater treatment and solvent recovery. Through the MVR forced circulation evaporator, the organic matter in the wastewater can be fully evaporated and separated, so as to achieve the purification of the wastewater and the recycling of organic matter.
